Highland Valley Wind Farm

Overview

Capstone and the Ashcroft Indian Band partnered to submit a proposal for the nearly 197 MW Highland Valley wind farm to BC Hydro’s recent Call for Power.

This wind project is located approximately 18 km west of the District Municipality of Logan Lake in the Thompson-Nicola Regional District in the Southern Interior. In partnership with Ashcroft, we anticipate to power more than 58,000 average BC households annually.
