Macquarie Power & Infrastructure Income Fund to Hold Annual General Meeting
TORONTO (June 3, 2010) – Macquarie Power & Infrastructure Income Fund (TSX:
MPT.UN; MPT.DB.A – “MPT”, or the “Fund”) today announced it will hold its annual general
meeting of unitholders on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at 10 a.m. ET at One King West Hotel in
Toronto, Ontario.
The meeting will include a presentation by Michael Bernstein, President and Chief Executive
Officer, and Michael Smerdon, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, on the Fund’s
financial performance, strategic objectives and growth outlook.
A live and archived audio webcast of the annual general meeting along with the accompanying
slide presentation will be available in the Investor Centre section of the Fund’s website at
www.macquarie.com/mpt for those unable to attend the event in person. The Fund’s fiscal
