Capstone Infrastructure Corporation Announces Director Resignation
TORONTO, ONTARIO (February 28, 2013) – Capstone Infrastructure Corporation (TSX:CSE; CSE.DB.A; CSE.PR.A – the “Corporation”) today announced the resignation of Derek Brown from his position as a Director of the Corporation.
Mr. Brown joined the Board of Directors in 2004 as Chairman of the Board, a role he held until 2011.
“On behalf of Capstone Infrastructure Corporation and the Board of Directors, I would like to offer my deepest thanks and appreciation to Derek for his many years of distinguished service to the company,” said Mr. V. James Sardo, Chairman of the Board. “In addition to being one of our longest-serving directors, Derek has made significant contributions to the Corporation during his tenure. We were very fortunate to benefit from Derek’s counsel and guidance and we wish him the very best in his future endeavours.”
