TORONTO (April 23, 2012) – Capstone Infrastructure Corporation (TSX: CSE; CSE.DB.A; CSE.PR.A – the “Corporation”) today announced it will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 10 a.m. ET at the TMX Broadcast Centre Gallery located at 130 King Street West in Toronto, Ontario.

The meeting will include a presentation by Michael Bernstein, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Michael Smerdon, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, on the Corporation’s financial performance, strategic objectives and growth outlook.

A live and archived audio webcast of the annual general meeting along with the accompanying slide presentation will be available in the Investor Centre section of the Corporation’s website at www.capstoneinfrastructure.com/InvestorCentre for those unable to attend the event in person.
