Macquarie Power & Infrastructure Income Fund Declares July 2008 Cash Distribution
TORONTO, July 21, 2008 – Macquarie Power & Infrastructure Income Fund (TSX:
MPT.UN; MPT.DB – “MPT”, the “Fund”) today declared a cash distribution for the month of
July 2008 of $0.08750 per trust unit. The distribution will be paid on August 15, 2008 to
unitholders of record at the close of trading on July 31, 2008.
A distribution of $0.08750 per unit will also be paid on August 15, 2008 to holders of record on
July 31, 2008 of Class B Exchangeable Units of MPT LTC Holding LP, an indirect subsidiary
entity of the Fund.
