Macquarie Power & Infrastructure Income Fund Declares December 2009 Cash Distribution
TORONTO, December 17, 2009 – Macquarie Power & Infrastructure Income Fund (TSX:
MPT.UN; MPT.DB – “MPT”, or the “Fund”) today declared a cash distribution for the month of
November 2009 of $0.08750 per trust unit. The distribution will be paid on January 15, 2010 to
unitholders of record at the close of trading on December 31, 2009.
A distribution of $0.08750 per unit will also be paid on January 15, 2010 to holders of record
on December 31, 2009 of Class B Exchangeable Units of MPT LTC Holding LP, an indirect
subsidiary entity of the Fund.
