Macquarie Power & Infrastructure Income Fund Declares December 2010 Cash Distribution
TORONTO, December 17, 2010 – Macquarie Power & Infrastructure Income Fund (TSX:
MPT.UN; MPT.DB.A – “MPT”, or the “Fund”) today declared a cash distribution for the month
of December 2010 of $0.055 per trust unit. The distribution will be paid on January 17, 2011 to
unitholders of record at the close of trading on December 31, 2010.
A distribution of $0.055 per unit will also be paid on January 17, 2011 to holders of record on
December 31, 2010 of Class B Exchangeable Units of MPT LTC Holding LP, an indirect
subsidiary entity of the Fund.
