Macquarie Power & Infrastructure Income Fund Declares September 2006 Cash Distribution
TORONTO, September 19, 2006 – Macquarie Power & Infrastructure Income Fund (TSX:
MPT.UN – “MPT”, the “Fund”) today declared a cash distribution for the month of September
2006 of $0.08583 per trust unit. The distribution will be paid on October 31, 2006 to
unitholders of record at the close of trading on September 29, 2006.
A distribution of $0.08583 per unit will also be paid on October 31, 2006 to holders of Class B
Exchangeable Units of MPT LTC Holding LP, an indirect subsidiary entity of the Fund, of
record on September 29, 2006.
