Capstone Infrastructure Corporation Declares May 2011 Dividend

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 18, 2011) - Capstone Infrastructure Corporation (TSX:CSE)(TSX:CSE.DB.A) (the "Corporation") today declared a dividend for the month of May 2011 of $0.055 per common share. The dividend will be paid on June 15, 2011 to common shareholders of record at the close of trading on May 31, 2011. The ex-dividend date is May 27, 2011.

A distribution of $0.055 per unit will also be paid on June 15, 2011 to holders of record on May 31, 2011 of Class B Exchangeable Units of MPT LTC Holding LP, a subsidiary entity of the Corporation.

The Corporation's dividends are designated "eligible" dividends for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada). An enhanced dividend tax credit applies to eligible dividends paid to Canadian residents.
