Capstone Infrastructure Announces Election of Directors
Toronto, Ontario (June 19, 2013) – On June 18, 2013, Capstone Infrastructure Corporation (“Capstone”) (TSX: CSE; CSE.DB.A; CSE.PR.A) held its annual general meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”).
The following seven individuals nominated to serve as directors of Capstone were elected by ballot.
