TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 28, 2014) - Capstone Infrastructure Corporation (TSX:CSE) (TSX:CSE.DB.A) (TSX:CSE.PR.A) (TSX:CPW.DB) (the "Corporation") today announced it will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 10 a.m. (EDT) at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel, Library Room, located at 100 Front Street West in Toronto, Ontario.

The meeting will include a presentation by Michael Bernstein, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Michael Smerdon, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, on the Corporation's financial performance, strategic objectives and growth outlook.
